Richard has been at the hotel for 12 years working his way through the ranks under the guidance and expertise of Jerry Matthews our former Head Chef. Jerry Matthews has now been promoted to Food & Beverage Manager in the hotel.
‘There is nothing like the feeling of being able to share my ideas for you all to taste. I love to use local produce in lots of my dishes. Generations of my family have grown up on this Island. Myself and my brigade look forward to the future with new creative ideas whilst keeping alive the old favourites. It’s a great honour for me to be Head Chef at this fantastic establishment.
