Group bookings, Masonic weekend breaks and RSPB breaks

The Heights Hotel welcomes both corporate and private bookings on a group booking basis and with 66 rooms can accommodate up to 130 people. We are the perfect venue to organise your next residential social event. Set on the summit of the Isle of Portland with panoramic sea and coastal views from our large Bar and Bistro - where better to relax with friends and enjoy our hospitality on a planned break.

We appreciate all groups have individual requirements and we have catered for groups of friends, film crews, marine based training groups, sailing associations, RSPB groups, Masonic Lodges and many corporate clients.

Meal times, specifically themed menus, transportation, business/translation services, provision for night workers, laundry/valet, entertainment, guided tours/talks and recommendation of local attractions can be customised to your specific requirements.

Masonic weekend breaks

The Heights Hotel is the ideal venue for your Masonic Festival weekend and with 20 years experience in holding Masonic weekend breaks you can be assured your weekend will be one to remember. We have 3 packages available with prices starting
from only £125.00 per person for a weekend break. All aspects of your weekend can be fully customised to your needs so use the information below as a guide and please do call us to discuss your specific requirements.

If you require a toastmaster or photographer for your Masonic weekend break then we can recommend local suppliers that we have worked with in the past. If you wish to stay an additional night then a discount of up to 50% would apply to our normal advertised rates.

RSPB Groups

We have welcomed many RSPB Groups to the Hotel and helped organise successful breaks. If you are a member of an RSPB group or a group leader and are looking for a suitable venue The Heights Hotel is the perfect choice to bring your RSPB group offering stunning locations for flora and fauna. Portland Bird observatory is on the Island with Lodmoor and Radipole nature reserves just over the causeway in Weymouth. For your RSPB group we have dedicated staff that can organise professional guides, transport, packed lunches, guided tours, FREE loan of Swarovski binoculars and much more on request.
