The menu at lunchtime includes seasonal light meals, perfect for a lunch meeting or a gathering with friends. All our menus have our local Chef's innovative twist. Toasted speciality sandwiches, traditional sandwiches, ‘Summer salads, the grill section and a ‘Chef’s favourties’ section make for a very interesting menu! Dinner can be a casual, stylish affair dining from our bistro menu. A relaxed dining atmosphere compliments the wonderful views. The menu offers fresh homemade food, using local produce on our ‘Heights Seasonal Delights’ menu. Chef always considers the food miles travelled and prefers to use good locally sourced products for his menu. The Dinner menu is wide ranging with fresh fish, Summer salads, a grill section and a large main course section made using mainly locally sourced produce.
Head Chef Jerry Matthews creates stylish, contemporary dishes and has been creating delicious food for our diners on Portland for almost 18 years.
The bar is open from 10am till close each day and offers a fine selection of wine and spirits. Including a local award winning wine from Furleigh Estates near Bridport, Ammonite White, Sea Pink (rosé) and Tyrannosaurus red. Plus delicious Chesil and Jurassic Ale from Dorset Brewing Company. Cocktails and smoothies are also served, along with evening bar nibbles to compliment your refreshments and so much more to accompany our spectacular view.
