Every wednesday throughout the month join our wildlife guide, Bob Ford, as he takes you on a walk around Portland. Each walk lasts approximately 90 minutes, covers a distance of 1 to 2 miles and sets of at 10:00 AM from the Hotel car park. Visit Bob's Dorset Walks website for a full itinary.

TBC - Portland Castle Tudor Merriment - Every Wednesday during August. Portland Castle was one of a string of Castles built by Henry VIII to defend against a possible French and Spanish invasion. This year, to celebrate the 500th anniversary of Henry VIII’s ascension to the throne, we are planning a month of Henrician themed events.
International Fireworks and Entertainment – Weymouth Seafront. Competition to win £500 cash. (2nd, 9th, 23rd, 30th (TBC))
Summertime Open Evenings – Nothe Fort. On four Mondays in August the Nothe Fort will re-open for you to enjoy an evening of music and bbq, culminating in the Fireworks over the Bay.
